In my coaching practice, I don’t focus on breakthroughs.
Because most breakthroughs don’t last.
They feel powerful.
They create relief.
But they don’t rewire behavior.
And that’s the exact moment where most of my clients find me.
After the insight high has faded, and they’ve spiraled back into the very pattern they thought they healed.
I’ve been there too.
And I know what it’s like to question if the growth was even real.
To feel like you’re back at square one, just more self-aware.
That’s why my work is centered on repatterning.
And what that actually looks like in your real life is almost never what you expect.
Take one of my clients - a marketing director who came to me wanting to switch careers.
She was convinced she needed a better job with better pay.
But when we did the work, it became clear:
She didn’t need a new job.
She needed to reclaim her ability to take initiative without spiraling, to speak in a room without shrinking, to make a decision without replaying it 14 times.
That wasn’t a mindset shift.
It was a full system repatterning.
